Hey Lilly! What's your turnaround time?

Printable File: (cupcake toppers and not instant download items)

For printable files, our turnaround is 24h (except on weekends *rush order fee available* and holidays)

Instant Download: After your payment, you will receive an email from Templett.com to access your template(s). Check the full description.

 

Where I attach my photos for my cupcake toppers?

Please send to contact@ohlillydesigns.net or ohlillydesigns@gmail.com 

Send multiple photos if possible and I'll choose the better quality one! :)

 

After a proof, how long to get revisions?

Sample will be sent within 24h (or sooner) after the picture is sent! 

IMPORTANT: I will NOT send proofs before purchase!

Final files will be emailed as soon is possible when you approved your sample.

How you will send my final file? And what kind of files will I receive?

Once approved I'll email your final file to the email address you have listed when you made your purchase,

I'll email invitation files as PDF 300dpi and ready to print.

TEMPLATES have more than one option to download! JPEG, PDF, PDF save paper & PNG.

I got you! Once your final file is sent to your email, any extra change will cost $4. Please check all info carefully!! 

IMPORTANT!

The purchase of a template is for one time use ONLY. You can edit & make changes on your template, for printing purpose ONLY. Creating extra items is NOT permitted. I'll reserves the right to revoke access to a template if the user fails to comply with the terms.
